  • ½ onion
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. cheese
  • ½ cup mixed vegetables
  • salt & pepper
  • 1½ cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
